Tell us what kind of support you need.

You can refer yourself, submit a request for your child, or make a professional referral with the person's permission. There is no charge to submit a request for initial review. We currently accept private-pay clients only. We consider each request based on scope, timing, service area, and current capacity, then discuss fees before any services begin.

Our initial local focus is Gibson, Madison, Obion, Weakley, and Decatur counties. Requests from elsewhere in Tennessee may be considered case by case. For an upcoming IEP or 504 meeting, please reach out at least five business days ahead when possible.

Please do not send IEPs, evaluations, medical records, financial information, or other sensitive documents through the initial referral form. We will ask for documents later if needed.
